  1. PRICES

    The prices given on the PartyDeco.pl platform are net prices. The price binding on the parties to the transaction is the price shown on a product at the time of purchase by a customer. In order to purchase goods at net prices a customer must have an active EU VAT number, or when products are sold outside the European Union, it is in accordance with the applicable regulations in Poland.

  2. TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENT

    PartyDeco.pl arranges transport for orders shipped within the European Union. A Customer may arrange their own dispatch for orders shipped outside the territory of the European Union, which are subject to customs clearance.

  3. ORDER PROCESS

    A Customer places an order via the partydeco.pl platform.
    The order is forwarded to our Customer Service Consultant who contacts the Customer to determine all the details of the order.
    Afterwards the Consultant issues a pro forma invoice, which is later sent to the Customer via email. The Consultant also informs the Customer about out of stock products and the dates of the earliest deliveries.
    After the Customer has paid the pro forma invoice and posted the confirmation of the money transfer, the order is transferred to the warehouse to be packed.
    Then, the Consultant issues an invoice and arranges transport and finally dispatches the order.

  4. LOGISTIC MINIMUM

    Logistic minimum is set at the level of 500 EUR net for all orders.
    Logistic minimum is not required during the first six months of cooperation.

  5. SHIPPING COMPANIES

    We cooperate with many carriers.
    A Customer may not decide which shipping company should be used. A Customer Service Consultant chooses the most favourable option of the dispatch and informs the Customer.

  6. PAYMENT

    The only acceptable way of payment is money transfer (during the first two orders goods are posted when a payment has reached an account, during the next orders goods are posted when a non-editable confirmation of money transfer has been received).

  7. TRADE CREDIT

    In order to receive trade credit Customer’s remittances must be insured. For more information, please contact our Customer Service.

  8. DISCOUNT

    Discounts depend on the Customer’s turnover. For more information please contact our sales representative.

  9. BUYING IN CARTON QUANTITY

    A discount on carton quantity purchase equals half of the overall discount (discount on pieces and packets). It is due to the fact that the price per piece / packet in a carton/box is reduced by about 20% from the price of one piece / packet sold individually.

  11. MARKETING MATERIALS

    Permission to use materials such as images, catalogues, trade offers and purchase applications will be received by PartyDeco.pl business partners only. The only owner of the marketing materials listed on the platform is Partydeco Ltd. The owner specifies that if available materials can be used only in the original form, i.e. in the form they were placed in service.

  13. CHAIR COVERS

    Our offer with detailed descriptions and measurements of the given covers may be found in download section.

    We offer only white and black chair covers. You cannot change their size.
